“Scotland Nurseries is brilliant for plants and home cooked food!! The nurseries do not stock hundreds of plants but what they do have is of excellent quality that cannot fail to thrive. Backed up with very knowledgeable, friendly staff who care about what they sell. Lovely range of water features too. The Heathers coffee shop is wonderful; I had oven baked Cod in sauce with delicious mash and fresh veg for £8.50. He had liver and bacon with mash, gravy and veg – all home cooked (not boil in the bag) for £8. Soup and sandwiches are good and the home made cakes and tarts are hard to resist. Recenty refurbished with a light and airy conservatory to sit in, or in the garden when it is warmer. Cannot wait to go again”.
